With experience coaching women to achieve their health and fitness goals, Jade brings strong motivational, listening, and problem-solving skills to everything she does.

Having overcome personal challenges , I approaches my work with a positive mindset and a genuine desire to support others on their journey of personal development.

I began her artistic practice during the 2020 pandemic, using art as a therapeutic outlet. What started as a hobby quickly evolved into a deep creative practice.

Working with watercolour, acrylics, and oil paints, I 'am inspired by colour and its ability to evoke joy.

my artwork centres on female empowerment, exploring themes of identity, culture, femininity, and beauty.

Artist Statement

Today, I choose creativity.

I release comparison. I let go of perfectionism. I no longer seek validation or approval. I understand that I am not here to impress everyone — and I don’t need to be. If my art is not your cup of tea, that’s okay. I am here to be fully, unapologetically myself.

I create what I love.

What feels good.

What feels true.

To me, that is true artistry.

I create from a place of freedom. My art flows through my body and onto the canvas — an expression of the joy in my heart, sometimes quiet and tender, sometimes bold and overflowing. Creativity, for me, is both release and revelation. It is storytelling. It is message. It is emotion made visible.

I don’t create to fit inside a box.

I create to break out of one.

Someone once told me that creativity is not just art — it is freedom. It is communication. It is the courage to express what lives within you. That perspective changed everything. The box that once stifled and limited me no longer exists.

I love what I do, and I wouldn’t change it for the world.

I love who I am, and I wouldn’t change that either.
